Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct accurate quota calculations and capacity planning to meet production schedules.
- Perform comprehensive process feasibility analyses to ensure the viability of new products and modifications.
- Identify, investigate, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis for technical issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to optimize machinery performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all engineering practices comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a process engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and technical data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
