- Develop and validate CNC programs for precision manufacturing equipment
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on engineering matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Document engineering processes, procedures, and best practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CNC programming and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex engineering problems
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
