Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process reliability and output quality.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies to optimize workstation layouts and workflow throughput.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in an onsite, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic process mapping software.
- Willingness to work a standard Monday to Friday day shift schedule.
