Join Impact Power Mandiri as a Process Engineer and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. We're seeking a technical expert to optimize production processes, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll bridge technical specifications with practical implementation, ensuring our manufacturing equipment operates at peak efficiency. You'll analyze production workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance productivity while maintaining strict safety and quality protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate intensively with Project Installation team to process technical specifications and manufacturing equipment requirements
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for enhanced efficiency and quality
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct equipment performance evaluations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with R&D on process innovation and technology integration
- Train production staff on new processes and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Proficiency in technical documentation (SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs)
- Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
