Coilcraft Industries Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer (Based Overseas) to join our global team. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive process improvements and ensure quality excellence at our leading electronics manufacturer facility in Vietnam.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize production lines, reduce waste, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. You will be responsible for monitoring production metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and executing root cause analysis to maintain high standards of operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and throughput.
- Monitor production lines in real-time to identify bottlenecks, defects, or deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Conduct rigorous root cause analysis (RCA) for quality non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and automation solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO quality management systems and internal engineering standards.
- Train and mentor production staff on new process protocols and safety requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and process validation documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Proficient in using CAD software and manufacturing data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a foreign location and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
