Prodelcon is currently seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Process Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our production workflows, enhancing equipment efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant floor.

You will play a crucial role in diagnosing bottlenecks, implementing data-driven process enhancements, and ensuring that our capacity output meets the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and process flow bottlenecks to optimize throughput.
- Design and implement facility layout improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and lead corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new machinery and technology upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout the production process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant engineering environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and process modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Minitab).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and process-related issues under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and projects.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Bayan Lepas manufacturing facility.
