Join Schott Glass (M) Sdn Bhd as a Process Engineer (CNC) and drive excellence in precision manufacturing. This pivotal role focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, implement lean manufacturing principles, and ensure compliance with industry standards. As a key contributor to our engineering division, you'll play a vital role in maintaining Schott's reputation for innovation in glass and specialty materials manufacturing. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize CNC machining processes for precision components
- Design and validate manufacturing workflows to ensure product quality and production efficiency
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Document processes, procedures, and standard operating instructions (SOPs)
- Conduct regular process audits and recommend corrective actions
- Train operators on CNC equipment, programming, and quality standards
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities with process development expertise
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining process engineering
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining parameters
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
