Join a dynamic team as a Process Engineer specializing in CNC machining. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will analyze complex machining data, troubleshoot production challenges, and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing CNC machining processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust process control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for machining defects and equipment failures to implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure adherence to quality specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor production trends and ensure process stability.
- Train and mentor staff on new machining techniques, tooling selection, and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for process changes and improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, tooling, or related manufacturing processes.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ability to read complex engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam) and CNC programming is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and process improvement in a high-volume production setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
