Adecco is partnering with a renowned foundry to identify skilled Process Engineers who are passionate about optimizing semiconductor processes and ensuring the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and refining processes that drive efficiency and performance in semiconductor fabrication.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, troubleshoot process issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor processing technologies and a commitment to excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize semiconductor processes for Diffusion, Implantation, SiPh, and SiGe technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
- Conduct process characterization, data analysis, and statistical process control
- Design and execute experiments to improve process yield, efficiency, and performance
- Document processes, procedures, and technical reports
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor processing
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in Diffusion and Implantation processes
- Strong knowledge of SiPh and SiGe technologies and applications
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication equipment and processes
