Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize electrical processes for the production of microelectronic components, ensuring high yield and quality.
- Monitor process performance using SPC and other data analysis tools, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead process improvement projects focusing on cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and defect elimination.
- Collaborate with product development teams to seamlessly integrate new products into manufacturing.
- Conduct process qualification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues, utilizing root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and operators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within the semiconductor or microelectronics industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and process control tools.
- Experience with FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
