Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead automation projects, from conceptualization and vendor selection to implementation and validation.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to ensure seamless new product introductions (NPI).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process stability and capability (Cp/Cpk).
- Provide technical training and guidance to production technicians and operators.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or electrical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of automation, PLC systems, and process control.
- Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and problem-solving tools.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates with experience in the APAC region or working with global teams will be highly regarded.
