Tanggung Jawab
- Lead process industrialization for new and existing PCB and electronics manufacturing processes
- Qualify and implement new materials, tools, and equipment to enhance production efficiency
- Drive continuous quality improvements through data analysis and process optimization
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure seamless process integration
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train production staff on new processes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PCB manufacturing process engineering
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
