As a Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, optimizing production workflows, and implementing cutting-edge process improvements in a dynamic industrial environment.
In this role, you will work alongside industry experts to bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and practical application. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and process flow diagrams.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Six Sigma) on the plant floor.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations across all processes.
- Support the design and commissioning of new process equipment and facility upgrades.
- Participate actively in the ENDP training modules to enhance technical and leadership competencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and data analysis software (Minitab/SPSS is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to work in a demanding industrial setting in Cikupa, Banten.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English (written and spoken).
