Are you a seasoned Process Engineer with a passion for driving operational excellence within the heavy equipment industry? Sanggar Sarana Baja is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Solutions team in Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production workflows, enhancing operational safety, and implementing innovative engineering solutions that align with our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement robust engineering solutions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct detailed process performance evaluations and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure all processes comply with national and international safety/industrial standards.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Support the design and integration of new equipment or heavy machinery components into existing production lines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Process Engineering, specifically within the heavy equipment, mining, or industrial maintenance sectors.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant engineering software.
- Deep understanding of industrial process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Proven track record of improving operational productivity and safety performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with on-site technical teams and management.
- Willingness to be based in Kalimantan Timur and support project site requirements.
