Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control the operations and maintenance of wastewater treatment plant and septic sludge treatment facility
- Optimize treatment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for treatment processes
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions
- Explore and evaluate new technologies for environmental treatment processes
- Prepare regular reports on plant performance and environmental compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of treatment processes and environmental regulations
- Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring and reporting requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and data analysis tools
