Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking to make a significant impact in a high-tech manufacturing environment? Coherent is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ipoh. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, focusing on the Front of Line (FOL), Middle of Line (MOL), and Semi-Finished Assembly (SFA) processes.
You will be responsible for driving process yields, identifying bottlenecks, and executing continuous improvement projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize process yields for FOL, MOL, and SFA production lines.
- Analyze real-time production data to identify root causes of process deviations.
- Develop and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality.
- Plan and execute engineering projects aimed at enhancing cycle time and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to ensure seamless process integration.
- Conduct regular audits of process parameters and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical training and guidance to production operators and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in FOL/MOL/SFA process control and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DOE (Design of Experiments).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and process specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead small improvement projects.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen is highly preferred.
