Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize HLA and related manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality
- Liaise with R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve process bottlenecks and material issues
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and process control plans
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or other methodologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry-specific regulations
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment operation
- Monitor process KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing process engineering
- Strong knowledge of HLA (High-Low Assembly) processes and SMT technology
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and statistical analysis
- Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and FMEA methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
