Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield and efficiency
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements using statistical methods
- Collaborate with R&D to transfer new technologies into production
- Design and execute process validation protocols for new equipment
- Support root cause analysis for production defects and quality issues
- Document engineering procedures and maintain process documentation
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering documentation standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
