- Lead engineering activities to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for cost reduction and performance enhancement
- Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Support new product introductions and process validation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with CAD software or similar engineering tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
