Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure quality standards and output targets are met.
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine the most efficient work methods.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production lines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) within the plant.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in Industrial Engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and CAD software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
