In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our treatment plant's performance, ensuring that our water processes are efficient, compliant, and optimized for long-term health.
As a Process Engineer, you will work at the intersection of chemical engineering principles and large-scale utility operations. You will play a critical role in diagnosing system bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of water quality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operability and health of the water treatment plant systems.
- Monitor chemical dosing and treatment parameters to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
- Analyze plant performance data to identify operational efficiencies and reduce utility wastage.
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for process deviations or mechanical failures affecting water output.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to execute plant-wide upgrades and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure full adherence to local environmental regulations, health, and safety protocols.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for complex treatment processes.
- Prepare technical reports on plant performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Chemical Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in water/wastewater treatment or related chemical process industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, water chemistry, and plant instrumentation.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools and technical data analysis (Excel, SCADA systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure operational environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work on-site in Paranaque City and support operational needs as required.
