Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize mixing, tank, and piping systems for industrial applications.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of agitators and mechanical piping networks.
- Analyze process flow and performance data to recommend efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with API and ASME safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and engineering reports using CAD software.
- Lead safety assessments and risk evaluations for fluid handling infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, specifically with mixing and tank systems.
- Deep understanding of agitator types, fluid dynamics, and airflow requirements.
- Familiarity with API (American Petroleum Institute) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards.
- Proficient in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or P&ID software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
