Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer (Multiple Sections) to join our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing various production sections to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety. What You Will Do
As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will help reduce waste, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality control across all manufacturing sections.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve production flow.
- Monitor production metrics and quality control standards to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality.
- Collaborate with production managers and floor staff to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure all engineering processes adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization tools, CAD software, and manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and on-site in a manufacturing plant setting.
