Tanggung Jawab
- Design, analyze, and optimize industrial manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments on raw materials and production techniques.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and downtime.
- Monitor production lines in real-time to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to develop new product formulations and scale-up processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within the food processing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO standards, and quality control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment in North Sumatera.
