Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Ensure smooth transitions from development to full-scale production
- Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for yield enhancement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Document processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis
- Support equipment qualification and process validation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
