This critical role supports the expansion of our manufacturing activities while optimizing existing processes through continuous improvement methodologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Support and expand manufacturing operations through process engineering initiatives
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies for routine activities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate technical specifications into production processes
- Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions
- Document engineering procedures and maintain process standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Support new equipment integration and process validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in process simulation and engineering software
- Experience with ISO 9001/14001 compliance systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts
