Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize optical manufacturing processes to improve production yield and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production deviations and implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
- Perform regular data analysis on production metrics to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Oversee equipment performance and initiate process improvements to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure process compliance and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-precision manufacturing or an optics-related production environment.
- Strong knowledge of optical manufacturing principles, quality control standards, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies are a strong advantage).
