UNIMATEC is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer (PA) to join our dynamic team in Singapore's West Region. This role is critical in ensuring that our production department operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
As a Process Engineer, you will be the bridge between technical design and practical application. You will take ownership of the production floor's housekeeping and safety protocols, ensuring that our facility meets both local regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. Your expertise will be called upon to assist in the troubleshooting of complex manufacturing issues, streamlining workflows, and driving continuous improvement projects that directly impact our bottom line.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the production department in maintaining high standards of workplace housekeeping and 5S principles.
- Oversee and enforce all safety aspects and environmental health standards (EHS) within the production facility.
- Assist in the monitoring of daily production processes to ensure output meets quality and quantity specifications.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement effective root-cause corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce material waste.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality.
- Support the commissioning of new machinery and the implementation of process upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports on production performance and safety compliance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and industrial safety standards.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical processes and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and influence production teams.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and data analysis software.
- Highly organized with a strong commitment to housekeeping and operational discipline.
- Must be able to work in the West Region of Singapore.
