We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer - Painting to join our dynamic team at Kemikon Sdn. Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all paint application processes strictly adhere to the required quality standards, guaranteeing a flawless finish on our products. You will oversee daily operations within the painting department, monitoring production lines to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions that enhance efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing workflow while ensuring compliance with environmental safety regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize the painting process to ensure high-quality finishes and defect-free products.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to verify adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair painting equipment and machinery.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and environmental safety measures.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for operational enhancement.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper painting techniques and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a paint finishing or process engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of paint application methods, such as spray painting, powder coating, or electroplating.
- Familiarity with process control systems and quality assurance protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software and data analysis tools.
