Join VDL ETG as a Process Engineer (Parts Making & Fabrication) and become a key driver in our manufacturing excellence journey. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes for in-house fabricated components to meet stringent quality standards and customer delivery timelines. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and establish efficient process steps for in-house parts fabrication
- Optimize manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity and reduce lead times
- Implement quality control systems to meet customer specifications
- Conduct process capability studies and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, PFMEAs)
- Collaborate with R&D on new material and process integration
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Train production staff on new processes and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in process engineering or fabrication
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, welding, and forming processes
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
