Bhd., a global leader in innovative pumping solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer (PCBA) to join our manufacturing team at our Sungai Buloh facility. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, wave soldering, and assembly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency, quality, and yield targets are met. You will lead process troubleshooting, implement corrective actions, and drive process standardization. Your expertise will be key in introducing new products and technologies into production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize and control PCBA manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency targets.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for process failures and defects.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure new PCBA products are designed for manufacturability.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and support production operators and technicians on process changes and best practices.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PCBA manufacturing process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, wave soldering, and testing processes.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
