Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize PCBA manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production workflows
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control
- Collaborate with R&D to design new processes for new product introductions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to PCBA assembly
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole assembly
- Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control methodologies
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proficiency in using CAD software and process simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
