Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and document PCBA manufacturing processes to ensure high yield and quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for production line failures and implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze real-time process data to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to ensure smooth transition of new products into high-volume manufacturing.
- Maintain and improve SMT/PCBA equipment performance through scheduled maintenance and calibration programs.
- Train production staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Prepare technical reports and performance dashboards for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PCBA or SMT manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SMT process flow, including solder paste printing, reflow profiling, and AOI inspection.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or 8D.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools and data analysis software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
