Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize plating process parameters to maximize yield and quality.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance process stability and cycle time.
- Ensure strict adherence to Hazardous Material safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct regular training for production staff on process specifications and operational best practices.
- Manage equipment performance and work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in semiconductor plating or electroplating processes.
- Strong understanding of surface treatment technology and chemical handling safety.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and DOE methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across different operational levels.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
