- Optimize and maintain plating processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
- Monitor process parameters and make adjustments to maintain specifications
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Analyze process data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on proper plating techniques and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plating or electroplating processes
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and surface treatment technologies
- Experience working with hazardous materials and strict safety protocols
- Proficiency in process monitoring equipment and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
