In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of Poly Etch equipment, ensuring that all processes run at peak efficiency and meet stringent quality standards.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing complex process data to identify trends, troubleshooting technical deviations, and implementing robust corrective actions to minimize scrap and improve yield. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and equipment maintenance, to develop and qualify new process recipes. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize Poly Etch process parameters to ensure high yield and equipment reliability.
- Conduct real-time analysis of process data using statistical methods to identify and rectify anomalies.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the fab environment.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and process windows.
- Document process deviations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions in accordance with quality standards.
- Participate in the qualification of new equipment and process changes.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related semiconductor field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Poly Etch or trench etch processes within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with process control methodologies and SEMI standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
