Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize polymer manufacturing processes for efficiency and product quality
- Design and implement mechanical/mechatronic production systems
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for process implementation
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train production staff on new technologies and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in polymer manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
