Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement programming logic for industrial control systems and automated machinery.
- Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and perform system upgrades to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate software with hardware components.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in process engineering or programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, etc.) and ladder logic.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI development, and industrial networking.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Visual Basic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
