Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain programs to automate data collection and production monitoring systems.
- Perform comprehensive statistical analysis on production data to identify bottlenecks and reduce variance.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate process health to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations using advanced statistical tools.
- Optimize cycle times and yield rates through process re-engineering and data-driven insights.
- Maintain high standards of quality documentation and compliance with global manufacturing protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or C#) for data manipulation.
- Strong background in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or R) and process control methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing optimization.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical projects in data science/statistics are encouraged to apply.
