Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize semiconductor packaging process parameters to ensure high yield and quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the production floor to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with technical teams to introduce and validate new manufacturing processes and materials.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a technical team.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or materials science is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
