Are you a seasoned semiconductor professional looking to drive innovation in a high-growth environment? VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is seeking a talented Process Engineer (or Senior Process Engineer) to join our world-class manufacturing facility in Singapore's East Region.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and advancing semiconductor manufacturing processes. Whether your expertise lies in Diffusion, Etch, Lithography, PVD, CVD, CMP, WET, or Metrology, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge and data-driven analytical skills to improve yields, reduce cycle times, and solve complex process integration challenges. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers to ensure our production lines operate at peak efficiency while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes within specific modules (Diffusion/Etch/Litho/PVD/CVD/CMP/WET/Metro).
- Analyze in-line data and yield trends to identify process excursions and implement rapid corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process stability, cost-efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Integration, Equipment, and Yield departments to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure analysis for process-related defects.
- Manage new process recipe qualifications and support technology transfer initiatives.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide technical training to junior engineers and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct working experience in a semiconductor fab environment (Familiarity with the specified modules is essential).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, SQL, Python).
- Solid understanding of semiconductor physics, device characterization, and manufacturing methodology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a significant advantage.
