GRC Construction is seeking a passionate and driven Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer (Water & Wastewater) to join our dynamic environmental engineering division in Tai Seng. In this critical role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end process engineering lifecycle, driving the design, delivery, and execution of sustainable, state-of-the-art water treatment solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop conceptual and detailed process designs, including mass and energy balances, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform equipment sizing, selection, and specification for key water treatment systems, including pumps, membranes, aeration, and chemical dosing equipment.
- Coordinate actively with external equipment vendors and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance, quality standards, and seamless procurement.
- Supervise on-site installation, system integration, dry and wet commissioning, and performance testing phases.
- Lead and participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies and risk assessments to ensure safety-compliant process operations.
- Generate high-quality technical documentation, operational manuals, handover reports, and process troubleshooting guides.
- (For Senior Level) Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and manage client-facing project meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Process Engineer, and 6+ years for Senior Process Engineer in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
- Proven technical knowledge of advanced water treatment processes such as MBR, RO, UF, and biological treatment systems.
- Hands-on experience in equipment selection, vendor package management, and drafting detailed engineering specifications.
- Prior experience in site testing, pre-commissioning, and startup operations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams.
