We are looking for a dedicated Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in the North region.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production processes, ensuring equipment efficiency, and driving technical excellence within a high-standard manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Siemens PLC solutions, troubleshoot automated systems, and contribute to the overall productivity of the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain automation processes using Siemens PLC programming and integration.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the production floor to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades on manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Provide technical training and support to production operators and junior technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and technical support.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with MNC exposure.
- Strong technical proficiency in Siemens PLC programming (S7-300/1200/1500) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Solid understanding of IATF16949 quality standards and automotive manufacturing requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
