We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Staff to join a prominent steel manufacturing company located in Karawang. This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineering professional to play a critical role in optimizing production workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment.
As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with production teams to analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative engineering solutions that reduce waste and increase output. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in industrial processes and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily production processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on the production line.
- Conduct time-study analysis and process audits to minimize downtime and resource wastage.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize material flow and plant layout.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports regarding production output, equipment performance, and process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations within the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the steel or heavy metal industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab or Excel).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and communicate technical findings clearly.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, West Java.
