About the Role:
Nabati Group is looking for a skilled Process Engineer Supervisor to take charge of our snack and biscuit production lines. In this high-impact role, you will lead and execute end-to-end technical projects, ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be the technical bridge between engineering concepts and the production floor, driving innovation while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met and processes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to reduce waste, increase yield, and enhance product quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards to ensure product safety.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Execution: Manage capital projects and technical upgrades from initial planning through to implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, supervision, or technical management within the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production processes, machinery operations, and quality control systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in MES, PLC, or SCADA systems is preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
