Join Unisteel Technology as a Process Engineer specializing in surface treatment and drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless development and validation of new products while maintaining rigorous quality standards and adherence to production schedules. You'll be instrumental in conducting thorough failure analysis of samples, documenting findings meticulously, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, validate, and optimize surface treatment processes for new products and FA samples
- Conduct rigorous failure analysis and document technical findings with precision
- Ensure timely submission of quality documentation and technical reports
- Implement process control systems to maintain consistent quality standards
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality and scheduling issues
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Maintain compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in surface treatment processes (plating/coating/anodizing)
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and documentation systems
- Proficiency in failure analysis techniques and root cause analysis tools
- Experience with process optimization and statistical process control
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
