Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for manufacturing workflows.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce scrap and material waste.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new machinery and technology into existing production lines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for production management.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, specifically within the rubber, tyre, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and production layouts.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a factory setting.
