Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on wave and selective soldering operations.
- Monitor and analyze process data (e.g., yield, defects, uptime) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement robust solutions for soldering-related production issues and quality excursions.
- Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to establish optimal process parameters and improve product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all soldering processes comply with industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and internal quality management systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Evaluate, recommend, and qualify new equipment, materials, and technologies for soldering processes.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to production operators and technicians on new or revised processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Essential: Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge of Wave Soldering and Selective Soldering processes and equipment.
- Strong understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and related equipment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) for electronics assembly and soldering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
