We are partnering with a leading industry player to recruit a skilled Process Engineer specializing in Wet Etch and Wet Cleaning. In this role, you will be at the forefront of process industrialization, playing a critical part in qualifying state-of-the-art materials and equipment to ensure our production lines operate at peak efficiency.
As a Process Engineer, you will bridge the gap between R&D and high-volume manufacturing. You will be tasked with identifying process deviations, driving yield improvements, and implementing robust quality control protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the industrialization and optimization of Wet Etch and Wet Cleaning processes for high-volume manufacturing.
- Qualify new tools, chemical materials, and process hardware to ensure seamless integration into production lines.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis for process excursions and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to maintain stability and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Equipment Maintenance, to enhance equipment uptime and process performance.
- Document process specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports for knowledge management.
- Drive yield enhancement initiatives to meet cost-reduction and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor Wet Etch and Wet Cleaning processes.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process chemistry, cleaning agents, and etching mechanisms.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and utilize data analysis tools (JMP, SAS, or similar).
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural, multi-shift environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a technical team.
