Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the water treatment industry? Gapura Liqua Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bandung. As a key member of our technical department, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of advanced Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex client requirements into efficient technical designs, managing accurate BOQ/RAB documentation, and overseeing project execution from proposal stage through to successful commissioning. You will also participate in proactive R&D initiatives to keep our solutions at the cutting edge of the industry. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on solving technical challenges, optimizing operational workflows, and delivering high-quality engineering standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and engineer comprehensive WTP and WWTP systems tailored to specific client needs.
- Prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for project bidding.
- Develop technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage end-to-end project monitoring, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead onsite commissioning and provide hands-on troubleshooting for operational systems.
- Conduct regular field inspections and performance evaluations to optimize plant efficiency.
- Engage in Research & Development (R&D) to innovate new water treatment methodologies and sustainable practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in WTP/WWTP project design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing/design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Comprehensive knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical dosing, and mechanical equipment.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate BOQ/RAB documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve mechanical or process-related failures on-site.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for R&D and continuous process improvement.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
